Virginia is showing an appartment to a prospective tenant, but it so happens that the workmen are behind schedule and the appartment won't be ready for quite a while. The future tenant, on the other hand is in a great hurry, wants to move in right away. The discussion gets heated but Virginia has her own way of calming the man down and she finally throws him out on his ear!

Virginia fait visiter un appartement au futur locataire, mais voilà que les travaux ont pris un peu du retard et l'appartement et ne sera pas libre avant un bon moment. Or, le locataire est pressé, il veut emménager d'ici quelques jours !... Le ton monte mais Virginia va bien le calmer à ça façon pour finalement le jeter de l'appartement.
L'agente immobiliare
Virginia fa visitare un appartamento ad un possibile futuro locatario ma purtroppo i lavori stanno avendo un pò di ritardo e l'appartamento sarà pronto solamente tra qualche tempo. Il locatario però insiste perchè vuole entrare nell'appartamento in pochi giorni. Il tono si scalda, così a Virginia non rimane che dare una calmata all'insistente locatario fino a buttarlo fuori dall'appartamento.
